Over numerous conversations we have reminisced about the evening with huge fondness as I don't think we have had so much fun in years. At the centre of that was your delicious food. I thought the starter was adventurous and worked brilliantly, the pork was simply delicious and the pudding-well what can I say it was world class. 


A fabulous venue and tremendous food all contributed to just simply a night that will be remembered for a long time.

I just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for Saturday evening and well done. My family have high standards but we were impressed by your cooking. It was very special to have such high quality food served within our own home with frankly such little fuss from your well drilled team. You managed to adapt to our multiple food allergies and even the remarkably confident impromptu solo recital from my 11 year old niece, with aplomb. I will definitely use you again.

The food was a huge success and perfectly paced. Everyone spent Sunday morning trying to pick out their favourites. The sweetcorn velouté, baked potato foam, coconut shrimps and courgette rolls were most often quoted, along with all of the desserts (I guess we had lots of sweet tooths amongst us!). But quite honestly, everyone agreed that all the canapés were delicious, inventive and beautifully presented.
So a big thank you for your professionalism and hard work on Saturday evening. I won't hesitate to recommend you in the future, or ask you to chef at the next big family occasion!

I am sorry that we have not thanked you sooner for the magnificent and very special meal that you gave us 2 weeks ago.  Everything looked and tasted quite delicious and your suggestions of wines were ideal.  We all agreed that it was a most memorable evening and we were able to relax and savour it all to the full, knowing that Benjamin and Harriet were safely asleep upstairs.
